NOT a ripoff!

I can't believe people think this was a ripoff. I just got it, with plans to send it back if the reviews are true, and I think it's great. The jelli cover did not rip, or even seem like it would rip, when I stretched it over the balance board. The carrying bag is pretty cool and very convenient for the trip I have planned next week. The socks are whatever, and the green yoga mat is great. I have a yoga mat, but I don't want to put my balance board on it, so having the second one for the wii works perfectly. And when need the battery charger. The charger and cover alone (which were the items we really wanted the most) would have been the same price as the whole bundle was. I don't get why people think this was a ripoff.

The battery pack is great. We use the balance board every day and I only charge it about 3 times a week. The cover fits the board perfectly and has really helped. My kids love the mat. Since there is only one pair of socks, we just wear our own and they work great.

OK, it is a bit pricey. I actually paid $59.95 (no shipping, no tax, though) And believe it is worth every penny, because satisfied with the quality of the products. Even socks look and feel high quality. Battery pack - well, speaks for itself, save some money on batteries! Mat is also of a very good quality(I also personally appreciate "limey green" color). The bag is cute and makes it a great storage compartment. Nice and neat. The jelli sleeve could be a little tighter, but over all, as another reviewer said if you want majority of the products in the bundle it is worth it.
Not Bad

The only thing I have a problem with is if you use the clear sleeve on the fit board I can't zip it into the travel bag.

Probably only need the board and Fitness Plus but I do like the cover for the board. And my grandkids love the mat. This is not for serious workouts. It does however keep you motivated.

I'm glad I bought this package - it's cheaper then just buying a couple of the items individually. The silicone cover fits my balance board perfectly. The mat is decent quality - not quite thick enough for me, but I just place another mat underneath it.

This product has been very useful for me. Because it has saved me on batteries and the sock are very useful. The mat is good also. I haven't use the travel bag yet, that is because I don't travel with the fit board.
Wii Fitness Bundle

The Wii Balance Board cover and battery charger are the value part of the fitness pack. Not sure why they felt the need to throw in ONE pair of socks; either they don't expect you to change your socks, or they just don't expect you to exercise very often. Maybe there is some sort of quota that says you have to include so many items before you can call it a bundle! Anyway, the two prime items alone are worth the cost.
P.S. I'm not sure which part of the bundle that I was supposed to evaluate for "fun" quotient. Maybe it was the socks! |
A bargain for Wii Fit owners

I bought this on Cyber Monday and I have to rate it as one of the true steals of my holiday shopping season. Although the products might not be as nice as those manufactured by Nintendo, you are getting a lot for your money. This is what comes in this bundle/kit: Yoga mat, carry bag for Wii balance board, Jelly sleeve for balance board, slip on socks, and battery pack. The socks are one size fits all, but for a guy with size 10 feet or more they are going to be a tight fit. They were included with the bundle so I can't complain, but I would not buy them seperate. The Yoga mat is nice and a true bargain when compared to $30.00 retail for the Nintendo equivalent. The USB battery pack is OK, but it is not a rechargable pack, it needs to be hooked up to the WII USB port to work. It is more cost effective than rechargables or having to frequently replace regular batteries, as the Wii Fit balance board uses battery power rather quickly. If you were going to pay $30.00 for the Wii Fit yoga mat, I would say it is worth your while to pay the extra $5.00 or $10.00 for this kit/bundle because of everything that is included with it.
